Just ask the fine folks over at Livability.com, who happened to rank St. Paul 40th overall on its list of “Top 100 Best Places to Live” in 2017. 

Despite the cold and often harsh winters we experience here in Minnesota, it seems more people are moving to St. Paul and the surrounding Twin Cities area than ever before.
