The Wabasha Street Caves has managed to preserve the mine trails that were used for alcohol distribution during prohibition.  You can experience the notorious gangster past during your visit or party.

Today, the Wabasha Street Caves is a popular event venue.

Things you can do at the Street Caves

There is 12,000 square feet of space to hold the most unique gatherings in St. Paul, Minnesota.

After all of the work is done, take advantage of the unique setting.  You can stage a murder mystery, have a private dinner, view a play, enjoy a casino night or dance.

Full beverage service and the finest catering in the area are available for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

Murder Mysteries

“Tommy Gun Trouble” is a murder Mystery reenacted in the caves for private groups.  This is an interactive show with 7 improv actors.  They will engage guests during the show at your party.  You can even add on a 3 person improv show to any of the other parties.

Special Events

Many different parties can be held at the Wabasha Street Caves:

  • Reunions
  • Receptions
  • Birthdays
  • Fund Raisers
  • Corporate Parties

Unlike some typical tours, the Street Caves offers unique themed tours.  You will interact and be guided by appropriately time period dressed, fun and knowledgeable staff members as seen on the History Channel.

More Reasons to Visit or Hold your Event Here

The Wabasha Street Caves continue to preserve the area.  Being Green and conserving energy is important to them.  They use geothermal for heating and due to the caves being underground they do not need to use any air conditioning.

As well as being able to accommodate 255 people with seating and 200 guests for meals, they have chosen not to increase prices for the year.  Add Wabasha Street Caves to your list of places to tour and possibly hold your next venue.
