Downtown Saint Paul is a great neighborhood both to visit and to live in. Whether you just plan on being in the area or you are moving there, it is a good idea to learn more about it. Fortunately, this spotlight has you covered.

Parks, Transportation, and Events

If you are into parks then there are two gorgeous ones Mears Park and Rice Park. If you are looking for a place to have a corporate event then Saint Paul has the accommodations, the nightlife, and the historical sites. There is more than enough public transportation to get you and your staff wherever you want to go. The Saint Paul RiverCentre is one of the best places to have these types of events.

If you are looking for somewhere to go shopping then the Kellogg Mall Park is a great place to go and you can enjoy the view of the Mississippi while you take in all the best shops. The town has all you could ever want to treat yourself and indulge. That’s why so many people enjoy visiting the area for pleasure and business trips.

Downtown is rich with plenty of things to do. There's the Great Waters Brewing Company and the Amsterdam Bar and Hall where you can find great music and great drinks.

There are so many amazing restaurants to choose from with all types of cuisine. You can stop in to Nook for the best cheeseburger, go to Pazzaluna is you are craving Italian, or visit a twenty year old deli called Wabasha Deli. If fine dining is more your speed then you'll want to try Forepaughs which was built in a mansion. Sushi can be devoured at Fuji Ya and if you are looking for some good old American fare then Port of Call Lounge is where you want to go.

An Ideal Neighborhood

Regardless of what you like and don’t like, you will enjoy this neighborhood. There’s something here for just about everybody and it’s an ideal neighborhood for the right type of home buyer.
