Brasa Premium Rotisserie is Minnesota’s favorite place to grab a meal that mixes the flavors of Mexico, the Caribbean and the Southern US. They are open seven days a week in Saint Paul and Minneapolis featuring the traditional ingredients of these regions in nourishing entrees.

What to Expect

The restaurant can be found at 600 East Hennepin in Minneapolis and 777 Grand Avenue in Saint Paul, MN. You can stop in from 11am to 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 11am to 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays for lunch and dinner. The St. Paul location is closed on Tuesdays from 2pm to 4pm.

You’ll love the superior fresh ingredients, the locally sourced food and the fact that everything is organic and natural. You’ll get homemade selections made from scratch each time and you get a huge selection of items. Enjoy slow cooked meats whether you choose roasts, braises or rotisserie.

Vegetables and sides are available as well as wine and beer. Choose vegetarian and gluten free options as well. Your experience takes place in a casual dining environment or you can call and order catering for your event.

The Menu

You can get the highest quality ingredients and 100% local sources for the meat, diary, eggs, sweet corn, flour and cornmeal. All of this comes from Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. The chicken, beef and eggs are from non-confinement and cage free producers.

Stop in for a plate served with house coleslaw and choice of a side including the vegetarian black beans with yellow rice, the rice and peas with sofrito and cured ham, the rustic style grits with cheddar and the red beans with smoked brisket and yellow rice. Sandwiches are served with corn tortilla chips and house coleslaw.

Try a plate, sandwich or bowl with options like rotisserie chicken, free range eggs, smoked beef plate, pulled chicken sandwich, and the BBQ smoked beef sandwich.
