A restaurant full of pride, healthy meals and conversation, Colossal Cafe is known as a great place for family and friends to gather. The menu is created to highlight seasonal ingredients and all dishes are made from scratch. Here's what you can expect when you dine at one of the Colossal Cafe locations.

The Menu

Serving breakfast all day and lunch, the cafe provides plenty of great options. Some of the top choices include:

  • Flappers
  • Colossal Breakfast
  • Spinach, Mushroom and Provolone Omelet
  • Frittata
  • Roasted Vegetable Omelet and Feta
  • Biscuits and Gravy
  • Spiced Turkey Breast Sandwich
  • Spinach Salad
  • Cubano Sandwich
  • Macaroni and Cheese
  • And Many More!

There are all kinds of great options on both the breakfast and the lunch menu. They also provide a kids menu with items, such as silver dollar flappers, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly and grilled cheese.

Colossal Cafe also serves a variety of beverage options including coffee, hot tea, juices, milk, soda, iced tea, V8 and more. You can even enjoy cold pressed coffee at the cafe.

Along with the regular menu, many specials are offered throughout the week. The specials are mainly based on availability of local, fresh ingredients and change with each season.

Locations and Hours

Colossal Cafe started with just one location, but has expanded into three locations, which are:

  • 1340 Grande Avenue in St. Paul
  • 2315 Como Avenue in St. Paul
  • 1839 East 42nd Street in Minneapolis

The menu does vary just a little bit from one location to another. The two locations found in St. Paul are both open from 7am to 3pm, seven days a week. The Minneapolis location is open from 6am to 2pm, Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays.
