St. Paul isn’t really one of those cities where finding a place to park is an utterly dreadful experience. While it’s always a pain in the neck to find yourself looking for an open space on busy days or nights, there are much worse places in the country when it comes to parking.
Even still, the process of parking, and more specifically paying for parking, just became a whole lot easier, as the city of St. Paul has finally released its mobile pay app for parking meters.
Called PassportPaking, the state-of-the-art mobile app allows users to seamlessly pay for parking fees from the convenience of their own phone, not to mention re-load the meter when your original time limit expires without the hassle of having to walk back to your car’s location.
PassportParking in St. Paul is incredibly easy to use and all you essentially have to do is type in whatever zone you’re at (which will be marked on a nearby sign), then choose the length of time you want to say, and payment can be made using a stored credit card number. In addition, the app will also let you know when time is running out, so if used correctly, parking tickets could soon become a thing of the past. But only if you’re using the PassportParking app.
