There’s a lot to be said about condo living in any city. Primary among the benefits is that you won’t be out shoveling snow in the winter or raking leaves in the fall. Condo living is low-maintenance living.

If you’ve decided to buy a condo you’ll have quite the selection from which to choose. Currently you’ll find 360 condos for sale in St. Paul, with an average list price of $184,661. The lowest price for a condo in St. Paul right now is $17,100 and the highest price is $2,249,000.

St. Paul Luxury Condos

Luxury units can be found in most of our city’s larger communities, typically as penthouses. In fact, the most expensive condo on the market right now is a penthouse at The Lowry in downtown St. Paul. Built in 1911 as a medical center, today it is home to 135 lofts ranging in size from 900 to 1,200 square feet of living space.

The penthouse that is currently for sale contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but it makes up for its diminutive size with its amenities. This home has a private rooftop area, a large office, oversized gourmet kitchen and four gas fireplaces.

Its location on the Skyway is worth its weight in gold and is convenient to a variety of dining and shopping opportunities

And, speaking of that oh-so-attractive Skyway connection, consider looking at what’s available at Park Towers. The top five floors of this 26-story glass tower are home to the residents of 19 luxury condos.

Walls of windows and private terraces are just the beginning of what you’ll find in these huge units. The beauty on the market right now features amazing views of the Mississippi, Cathedral & Capitol. It is priced at $1,270,000.

As part of the Galtier Plaza development, residents are connected to the Skyway.

Check out the home for sale at On the Park in downtown St. Paul. The unit overlooks Mears Park and it’s within walking distance to the new stadium and Lund’s ― the building is Skyway connected. The home features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a patio and built-ins. This home is listed at $245,000.
