About the Neighborhood

The neighborhood is located between Warner Road and Mississippi River to the south and the Minnehaha Avenue East to the north.

The biggest part of the population is 25 to 34 year olds and after that is 45-54 year olds. Housing prices are average compared to the rest of the state and homes were built between 1940 and 1999. Residents are only 2 miles from downtown Saint Paul and the neighborhood itself offers a suburban, laidback vibe.
