Differences Between Condos, Lofts And Townhomes

When you purchase a condo or a loft you’ll typically own not only your unit, but a percentage of the common areas, such as the pool and grounds. Purchase a townhome and you’ll own the unit and the earth it sits on. The physical differences mentioned earlier include the following:

A townhome typically has its own roof whereas the condo and loft may or may not.
